About the Role

Live-and-breathe VSL editor who ships high-converting direct-response content fast, leveraging AI tooling end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, backed by proprietary SOPs that help you ramp quickly. Agency background is a big plus.

What You’ll Build

Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows
Work fluently across AI video and UGC tools (Higgsfield, Arcads, and similar)
Ship multiple high-quality variants per week on winning angles
Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams

What We’re Looking For

Deep VSL / direct-response editing experience
Hands-on with modern AI video and UGC tooling (must have)
Agency background is a strong plus
Speed and ownership without sacrificing craft
